Registration is required for all IFPA 2021 delegates. Early-bird registration fees are offered at a discounted rate and New Investigators benefit from further reduced registration fees.
Definition of New Investigator: students or researchers in full-time training or researchers who are within three years of their senior degree (e.g. Ph.D., M.D.) Verification of New Investigator Status form should be emailed (mail to: IFPA2021@amsterdamumc.nl) at the time of registration to ensure proper processing.
All New Investigators who submitted a NI form for the IFPA 2020 meeting together with their submitted abstract will still be eligible to submit an abstract and register as a New Investigator for the IFPA 2021 meeting, in which case no IFPA2021 NI form is required.
Please note: due to the capacity of the Meeting venue a limit to the number of attendees is applicable.
For administrative reasons online registration closes 23 August 2021. After this date participants will have to register on-site during the official registration opening hours. Do check availability of registration before coming to the Meeting.

The registration fee for delegates includes
- Access to all IFPA 2021 meeting sessions
- Entrance to the Welcome Reception
- Refreshments breaks during the meeting, including three lunches
- Meeting materials and a name badge
- Entrance to the Conference dinner & Dance
Registration does not include accommodation
Payment will be required at the time of registration. All senders bank charges are to be paid by the sender. Cash and cheque payments cannot be accepted.
Due to regulations, accompanying persons are not permitted to attend the Meeting. There is opportunity for accompanying persons to attend the Welcome Reception and Conference dinner & Dance.
Registration fee for accompanying persons is excluding 21% VAT.
Online registration acknowledgments will be sent by automatic email. A final confirmation with details will be sent 2 weeks before start of the IFPA Meeting 2021.
Cancellation of registration / refund requests
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. All bank fees related to the refunds are to be paid by the delegate. Cancellation of registration or refund will be accepted until 1 June 2021, a handling fee of € 35,- is charged. For cancellations or refund requests made after 1 June 2021 (for any reason including ill health) we regret that no refunds can be made.
Preferred Hotel Reservations is selected as the official housing agent for this event. They have negotiated special rates and conditions at selected hotels for participants of IFPA 2021.

Please note that you do not have to login to make a reservation. You can click on the preferred hotel from the list on the homepage. You will than see the button “click here to book” and you can start your reservation.
You will receive login details and a confirmation after you made your reservation. These login details can be used in case you need to change or cancel your booking.
